Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is designed to give you confidence while keeping the care instructions clear and simple.

6-Month Warranty Omnia provides a 6-month warranty covering the product shine and stones only, starting from the purchase date.

What It Covers The warranty applies to stone setting issues or loss of shine under normal use.

What It Does Not Cover The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, scratches, breakage, or improper storage.

Shipping Costs If the warranty service is requested, the customer is responsible for the full shipping costs both ways.

925 Silver Designs Selected Omnia designs are made from 925 silver. Please check each product page for the exact material details.

Rhodium Plating Some designs are finished with rhodium plating to help maintain an elegant look, depending on the product material and style.

Selected Stones Our collections include zircon stones, simulated diamonds, and other selected stones according to each design.

Quality Check Every order is checked carefully before packaging and shipping to make sure it is ready for delivery.

2. Cleaning Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish the piece. Avoid chemical cleaners.

3. Wearing Put on your jewelry after applying perfume and makeup. Remove before swimming or exercising.
